21 questions

We film ~18 questions and edit the best into a 60-second Hit. Here’s the complete, unedited Q&A.

Q1

What's your name and what are you known for?

I'm Lottie Whyte, and I'm the CEO and founder of MyoMaster, the coolest wellness brand on the planet.

Q2

What health advice would you give yourself 10 years ago?

Respect the season. You go through waves and you can't be 100% on it all of the time. Respect where you're at and do what you can.

Q3

What season are you in now?

I just had another baby. I'm running an eight-figure business. How am I gonna find time to train this season?

Q4

What's in your gym bag?

My AirPods. A plastic water bottle, which is an absolute disaster and I'm embarrassed about. And Rad trainers. I f*cking love them.

Q5

What's your morning routine?

My morning routine is on lock. I get up at 5:30am. I think about what I've got to do for the day. I train, play with my kids for about an hour, then go to the office.

Q6

Favourite brand in health?

A little known brand called MyoMaster. They sell incredible everyday optimisation products. Saunas, ice baths, your daily recovery ritual.

Q7

Supplement you can't live without?

Creatine. All day, all day long.

Q8

What's the next big thing in health?

Utilising the tech that's emerging for more personalisation. And how do you make your home as toxin-free and safe as possible?

Q9

Worst health advice you ever followed?

Raw milk. Like, why was I drinking raw milk?

Q10

Tech you use daily?

My infrared sauna is what I genuinely use daily. About 15 minutes at 65 degrees. It has Bluetooth audio so I listen to podcasts, reading light so I take my book in. It's an amazing experience.

Q11

Health goal for this year?

Little and often. Getting my pre-pregnancy body back. Getting back toned and being consistent about it.

Q12

How are you going to get there?

Three weight sessions a week and two hot yoga sessions and Calo food subscription.

Q13

Who should people follow?

An amazing wellness influencer. Coral Golding — @coral_pearl_ on Instagram.

Q14

Health trend that's bullsh*t?

WHOOP. I think it's bullsh*t. I really do. Around the sleep data — I think we should be more in tune with how we feel. I've seen it so many times when they tell you something that is misaligned with how you feel, and you change your behaviour according to the data, rather than being in tune with your body.

Q15

New city, you want to work out — what do you do?

I run. Running trainers, explore the place.

Q16

Bold health take?

The best way to stay healthy is to just eat as close to food from the ground and unprocessed as possible. The most valuable thing you could ever do.

Q17

Where does your health money go?

Food subscriptions. I'm all about convenience and speed. It keeps me healthy easily.

Q18

Fitness rule you live by?

When you're there, concentrate. Too many people in the gym on their f*cking phones. Wasting time, like you got half an hour.

Q19

Best thing you did for your health in the last year?

Get my baby into a sleep routine so I could sleep.

Q20

How do you recover? Is it a gimmick?

You don't need one answer to that.

Q21

Dream sauna lineup?

Sara Blakely, who founded Spanx. Loads of entrepreneurs and founders. Every female founder crew in the sauna, basically all day long.
